Opted for sabnzbd eventually. This works like a dream and I have had no issues at all.
I have switched to this on Windows as well.

It renames your tv shows for you as well.

Check the config settings, you need to train it a bit.

Goto config => sorting

Then there you type the format you want it in. I use %sn - S%0sE%0e - %en.%ext which will will have the output of Show Name - S01E05 - Episode Name.avi

It also has some presets, which might work for you.

You can also specify it to move it into a folder, so that you dont have to move all of the files yourself.

SABNZBD, has saved me so much effort & time.
