LTE Wireless Uncapped Bundle

Hey guys any other way to go though ordering went to one of the shops today. they have no stock.
cant process the order without the router in hand as they need the imei to link to the order.
really pathetic if you ask me at least we tried to cancel out dsl much to that being a laugh aswell as it is with another isp
has to go back to the wholesale pool to be canceled is this correct. as to my knowledge why cant the isp then just cancel the
line as it is with them already .. ? please pm if anyone has a contact ot knows someone in pretoria north area willing to help.
 
Finally got my SMS and then got debited :)

Hoping to get the goods this week.
 
My application timeline so far...
Sun 13 Dec - I applied online and received email with ticket number.
Tue 15 Dec - Decided to phone 10213 at 8AM to follow up - and after 20 minute hold spoke to a lady who did the whole application on the phone.
Wed 16 Dec - Received SMS informing of R599 deduction in next 3 days.
Fri 18 Dec - R599 deducted from bank account.

I am now waiting for tracking number notification (or the actual delivery!)

Just a small question. When you were giving your bank details to be debited. Did they ask for branch code?

They didn't ask me. Didn't get any SMS and today I call them and they saying my Id number doesn't match the bank account (wot?) And that they'll call me back

I don't recall them asking for my branch code - however I'm with FNB - and they use a universal branch code - so perhaps Telkom know this!

Not sure. Was a nedbank account. Can't figure out how the Id number would be invalid.and they said they'll call me back. No call.
 
Hi All, just got connected. It was a bit frustrating. But to get connected I used a combination of the online chat as well as Mobile Sales.
Numbers you can try are off the site: 10213 and 10210. You might get the big run around so be patient. It took me about a week to 2 weeks to get connected.

How it went down for me:
1) Online order
2) Call/online chat confirm order agree to terms.. blah blah
3) Get debited(full amount upfront)
4) Call/online chat to confirm all is fine as well as put in request for antenna to be put up
5) Receive equip 4 days after confirmation above
6) Waiting on installation of antenna, had to log another call for this
 
And the kit has now arrived...

Damnit, having to sit at work until later to get it home and see whats what.

Hopefully you don't have to wait to get your sim activated. I waited a good few days with a couple hours on the line to 10213

Is it just me, or is the design of the B315 completely retarded?
This thin narrow vertical design just seems idiotic to me. Going to be interesting trying to get it to sit happily in the server cabinet at home.

Wow! My experience is so different. Online order on the 1st - called 10213 on the 12th and went through signup process - no sms - no deduction from account - called again last Friday and got a waybill number - package delivered today. Still no SMS and no deduction. Not complaining, but there does not seem to be a consistent process. The only consistency is that you have to prod them along until you get what you want. If not happy with what one agent tells you, call again and again until you get that one person who has the follow through to make it happen.

Got a call from a technician wanting to know if I will be at home tomorrow...?

I called 10210 and asked to be transferred to the sales department - told gentlemen that answered that I could not complete call previous day and he processed all.
Debit went through on 22 December
Called again the sales team today - received the waybill number and called Courier-IT. Arranged for delivery on 24 December at 10am.

So my cool down period which is 5 working days will only end on 5 January 2015!

:D The stuff has arrived! Without notice!! And I get told we allowed off early today so it's a good day :D :D
