I also didnt get a response.. will phone them tomorrow.. Guess.. with the large number of refunds.. emails may be piling up

Sure I read somewhere that November month was to be a 'free' month in light of the 'hiccups' - not in my case though...SIM was blocked as of 01/11/2013.
