LucidView mobile uncapped feedback

I'm shocked....... No SMS no sim wow this totally sucks.... Debit order went off on the 2nd and no sim yet. Thats pathetic.....

They sure as hell will receive a very nasty phone call from me on Monday.....

Anybody got there sim to activate ? Thinking of going to mtn store

yeah indeed store told me to phone , weekdays , and press 0 to speak to a person and not a robot :p

Meh maybe i should log a complaint against mtn on hellopeter to get it activated before monday :P
 
Anybody who has an MTN voice sim tried calling MTN customer services and tried activating their SIM that way???
 
I know MTN direct is open on Saturdays maybe its possible to get it activated some how..... Looks like its just a normal top up contract? that you will use with lucidviews apn.....
 
Still says can't find details , and cuts you off when you get transferred to a operator :(

I spoke to some people told me automatic one does not work because its bussiness sim card , bussiness department cant help me because i need company letter head and send a email etc .

I dailed 0831808 pressed option 1 for sales . Then they will transfer you

Spoke to same woman again that said i need company letter head etc . She said this time she will send email off to activate the sim card . So hopefully she did !!

It is possible our SIMs have been captured and provisioned by Mandy, they do mention 2 days on the invoice, the frustration rests with the fact we have nobody to enquire/confirm this. Basically, I have been jumping through hoops from the outset. With this offer thier left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, bad form. I have tried 808, 083.... Automated number and make zero head-way...and, all the while the service is paid for already.

Went to the MTN store, they said we have call the call centre, only way to activate, so they gave me this other 083123 number which I'll try Monday.
