To anyone signing up for one of M-Web's ADSL products, I have the following advice:

To anyone signing up for one of M-Web's ADSL products, I have the following advice:
- Immediately after faxing them your application form, phone them to confirm that they have received it and get the sales agent's name that your application has been assigned to. They lose applications left and right and if you do not do this you are bound to never hear from them again.
- After a week, start calling them on a daily basis and check on the progress of your installation. They are not capable of making sure the order is completed on their own without supervision, and again your installation will come to a grinding halt.
- Don't bother sending them e-mail. They do not respond, but are keen on sending your read receipts back to indicate that someone read it.
- If they tell you that the ADSL modem will reach you within 3-5 working days, keep on calling them daily to check on this, as most likely it will take longer than that.
- Be prepared to wait at least a month for your installation to be completed.
I will not make the mistake of using them again - that is for sure.
