and the 20 to 50 and the 10 to 20, means I can downgrade now and save a few bucks haha. Awesome news. I guess it was inevitable they would have to do something before it started affecting property prices.

This is exactly what I'm going to do. I confirmed that we can get in touch with sales to make this happen. 50/50 to 70/70 won't make a difference in my life. Once the pricing for 100/100 drops further it might be viable.

just FYI - before you switch - MTS never used to charge a connection fee on Vumatel now they do (like since May 2021) so add that into whatever calculation you do before switching

They actually did charge a connection fee, but waive it as long as you commit for 6 months.. This was explained to me when I signed upso not sure why u seem to think they are sneaky..This option was removed on the 1st May according to my friend who also signed with them..
