Question are you sure it's MTS and not your fibre network thats the issue? MTS just piggyback off Network Platforms if I recall the companies name they don't have their own network they just buy and resell a network platform product...

Yea so majority of their network is network platforms and they a pretty big power house

I clicked on the link, as a non IT person, I had no idea what I was looking at.

Its just their network who they using etc so they hand traffic to Network Platforms who hands it to company X,Y,Z and so fourth just gives likes preview of how their network looks and who they use in their network
 
My downgrade is meant to go through tomorrow from 100Mbps to 50Mbps however it looks like they've already processed it:

Also to add I'm not getting the reduced "starting" fee of R679 but instead I had to pay R695 for the next month. Still R200 extra monthly which is much needed.

Yeah I moved from MTS 50/50 to RocketNet 25/25 today(got activated today) . And I must say @RocketNet-Rep ... Your staff member Warren has been brilliant.. He kept by his word and kept me up to date all along.. Great service so far
