Haven't seen Amores Perros.
It's in the queue and will watch it next week sometime.

Not sure why there is so much Spectre hate, I'm not a big bond fan but I thought it was fantastic. Decent plot and well acted,best of the recent ones and the third act was a powerhouse. 8/10.
 
Bad Santa - 8/10

I watch this movie every year around this time. I absolutely love the black comedy, it's in stark contrast to the feel good hollywood xmas movies that come out every season.

It felt to me like bond meets fast and furious. Small things that irritated me.

I can't discuss them here without some spoilers

That bugged me too,was done for dramatic purposes,if I was the pilot I'd have said it's cool.Just drop me off bru. :D
 
Star Wars TFA 9/10

Good fun, had me hooked from the first 10 minutes. The chick somewhat reminded me of Keira Knightly in the way she talks.
 
Sakasama no Patema(Patema Inverted) - 9/10 Very enjoyable sci-fi.

Kotonoha no Niwa(The Garden of Words) - 10/10 Incredible animation, story was also great. This was just perfection IMHO.
 
Pawn Sacrifice (2015) - 6/10

Great performance by Tobey Maguire

Pay the ghost

6.5 / 10

Not Nicholas cage best work but a decent horror flick. Made the SO jump and the kids in the olden day Halloween masks were kinda creepy. The ghost is probably the most successful one ever to exist. Watch the movie to figure out that previous statement.
 
Sicario 8/10

Can a movie be frenetic and languid at the same time? Reminded me of Breaking Bad or No Country for Old Men...tension up the wazoo juxtaposed with stillness from the actors and lingering cinematography. A better script and this would be best picture material.
