Hi
I'm not really an MTN subscriber but after witnessing someone I know purchasing the 1 day uncapped bundle only to barely use it, I saw it as a challenge to see just how much could be squeezed from it. I whipped out an old MTN sim that was conveniently lying around and went to work. I was surprised 24 hours later. I was able to squeeze about 16GB from it. I reckon I could've done 4 or 5 more gigs had some of the torrents I had lined up downloaded at full speed.
I'm now curious to see if anyone can get more out of it, so I'm hoping some of you might share your findings.
I was testing this out on my old Galaxy SII, the connection was mostly HSPA+ but MTN has the tendency to have weaker signal quality in my area. So it'll be interesting to see to what extend this affected the already throttled speed.
