It wasn't working this morning, but it looks like they installed a new certificate this afternoon.I reported this internally amongst our guys, thought the build rollout would fix this up, not yet?

fess up, you and sPitbull broke it it, didnt you?![]()
Not going to debate it, but when I have to phone 6/7 times, and each time I'm promised someone will phone me back, and they never do, and I'm not allowed to speak to anyone besides an 808 call center agent, thats just not on, and not service.
They even go (Irene I think it was) as far as to say they are not liars, and give me their word they will phone back within two hours - and then don't - thats not a company I want to deal with.
MTN know how much they're going to deduct from my bill on the 20th, but can't provide me with a simple statement, and itemized bill (which I'm charged for).

Every time I called 1761 yesterday I would get cut off. I managed to get through this morning and was told the 'primary number' on my account had been deleted from the system, they put it back and it's working again.I can get in to MTN Active now, but I can't actually *do* anything; I can't switch between my numbers and I can't seem to find the page to add or remove services.![]()

Not until they tell me what happened to my data.Out of interest, are you planning on staying with MTN when your contract is up?
