Mtn and coolideas problem

Got 100mbs fibre speed never reaches 100 it maxes out at 55mbs
realised the ont is one of the huawei ones its also a 100mb device
problem is the speed sometimes drops to 1mbs
The ISP is cool ideas have logged many support tickets but to no avail.
Mtn says that there Not registered as a customer
so suffering from terrible internet experience got Rain that too drops here n there

Who is the Fibre network provider? MTN?
Are you testing on wifi or connected via lan cable? 55Mbps sounds like 2.4Ghz wifi
