That's what customer care said was happening with mine and that they have escalated it now and it should be sorted in 2-24 hrs. I had to get a copy of my contract like wizardofid.

Useless fckers never attached the contract as promised just phoned, dealt with a new agent and while on the phone I send the email waited for the agent to attach the contract and sent that through to the eppix support.

Are you looking for deals or to bolt on airtime ?

Do it over the phone. dial 135 , option 4, option 2, wait forever,get deal done.
Snap I thought it was possible to do online. Deal was taken through my partner what 3 questions do they ask since I am one able to make call.

To upgrade since I had signed up in 2016 for 50gig deal

Okay what you need to do is phone MTN direct 083 123 3667 press option 2 for new sales and upgrades, then ask for a specific deal or ask to be put through to retentions.

I did. My new package is already reflecting.

It's weird through on my mtn app. Hard to decipher what's going on as it doesn't correlate with what I expect to see.
