That's what customer care said was happening with mine and that they have escalated it now and it should be sorted in 2-24 hrs. I had to get a copy of my contract like wizardofid.

Useless fckers never attached the contract as promised just phoned, dealt with a new agent and while on the phone I send the email waited for the agent to attach the contract and sent that through to the eppix support.

Did any of you guys who have taken the R299 40gig deal receive any confirmation sms?
I did. My new package is already reflecting.

It's weird through on my mtn app. Hard to decipher what's going on as it doesn't correlate with what I expect to see.
