Useless company... end of... why take the time to track my usage patterns to offer me a package with 347% more data than I need but only 17% of the minutes I use.
It's spam is what it is!!They offered me the same package but my usage was 11GBs of data.

Called the contact centre and they couldn't give me a straight answer neither could they reverse it. Escalated the call.
And then dont forget about the R10/20 increase they slipped in a while back to. These companiesd are given too much leeway when it comes to contracts. I'd sign a 24 month contract for 1TB per month at R99 in a heartbeat. Heck, I'd sign up for 48 months if I could.Best black Friday deal would be a 1TB month-to-month. Wish their data was cheap since we average 140mbps in this house on mtn. Peak of 162...
But being locked into a contract for 2 years for LTE is a big hell no.
