Well at least you guys got a warning!
I woke up this morning and found my uncapped mweb adsl service terminated apparently due to network abuse. They said they sent me warnings, but I never use the mweb email (yahoo is good enough for me), so I never knew... The funny thing is that my login still works in mweb, and when I log in trying to find my email warnings, my inbox is empty, so perhaps they have just deleted my emails when they terminated my account, I will never know. It would be nice for mweb to at least put a "read receipt" on those warnings and perhaps give me a call before they just went ahead and terminate my account...
I do wonder how much I d/led though, I always kept it to around 150gb, will be interesting to see how much I actually used...
Does anyone know what happens after they terminate the account? Is there any penalty fees etc involved? Anyways, off to a new ISP that doesn't have these FUP BS on uncapped products!
