MWEB ADSL package billing

Hi guys,

I just need some clarification on this.

At the moment I have a ADSL package with MWEB and I let them manage my line with Telkom.

As far as I understand I then only need to pay MWEB and in return they will then pay Telkom?

Telkom phoned me yesterday saying that my account with them is in arrears and they were not able to understand when I tried explaining that MWEB should handle this.

Hi Leroy Brown

If you have an all inclusive account with us, this means that your monthly bill consist of your data account + ADSL rental.
eg: 4mbps uncapped data + 4mbps line

In addition to this, you still need to pay Telkom for calls made on the line and monthly line rental.
This needs to be paid to Telkom, failing to do so, could result in them suspending the line due to non-payment.
If this happens, you would not be able to connect or make any calls from the line.

This is the same for all ISP's and does not only apply to MWEB.
