* Rant Warning *

I probably a bit late only realising this now, but sheesh, they just don't give a crap.

We have been sitting without our domain for more that two days due to an account descrepancy and they just dont care. They go home at 16:10, they don't return phone calls or voice messages. They don't reply on e-mails. They loose faxes. And here we are still without our domain.

What a joke!
 
mweb sucks big time. They are in it for the money and you are not an asset to them, just a cow to be milked.
 
Everyones in it for the money, but the money goes where its well treated.
 
I've now even send a fax to every Mweb number I could find and an email to every mweb email address I could find. I'm so fed up!!!

When I was with Mweb I realized that I had to phone. Emails didn't do the trick.

I am getting a bit tired of the crappy customer support that we are getting in South Africa.
 
Hmm, my sympathies... Many years ago when I was using them, I had billing problems that they kept saying they would rectify. Glad to be off their system. I think they were a pioneer with internet in SA with some of their specials and deals, but have lost the way a long time ago. :-(
