I've never had or needed a fibre connection at my home. However, a tenant renting a place on my property got MWeb to do an installation (Vumatel area) for her own use. The installers that came to put fibre in for her ran their cables/conduits over a section of the pavement perimeter wall. The tenant moved out recently. Although a fibre connection is no longer required, when the tenant contacted MWeb to cancel her service, MWeb said their connection etc. must stay in place regardless.
The issue now: This section of wall over which MWeb ran their conduits is being removed permanently soon. Who makes the necesary changes to the cables/conduits?
If there's an MWeb correspondent here who can advise please, or if someone happens to know....
Thanks in advance.
