MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

I have a mweb business uncapped account and my speeds have been terrible this past month.

Please PM me the MWEB business customer number or username so that I can have our Business team look into this from our end. You should not be receiving terrible speeds for the past month. Please allow us to look into this for you.
 
Any updates on the League of Legends lag? Still getting it at the moment.

Billing and termination due to heavy usage abuse

Dear mweb person

If my package is terminated due to abuse from heavy usage in the middle of the the month. Will I be refunded the balance of the month.

Still waiting on why rapidgator.net isn't loading on my account. Tried it wifi on my mac and nothing, tried it on all different browsers and nothing. Even tried to change DNS and check it on the ipad and still it won't load. So please check whats up. Thanks
 
Works on all my MWEB connections - Business and otherwise.

I have tested the site on numerous PC's and browsers on our side and could open the site with no problem.

Our Network is not blocking the website.

Have you tried flushing the DNS? Your connection needs to be on obtain DNS's automatically if not it's going to clash with our Network, where certain services is going to be problematic.



The site is Orange and Black and at the top right of the Website it reads:

Just for the record for future customers. I finally have my account terminated on the 1 of May 2013. This after I have not used the account since probably the 2 of April for fear of overrunning on the account, that is limited to R500 overrun limit by default.

After being told that they will refund me the credit on my account, I started asking more pertinently as too when this will be exactly. After three business days and asking three times, it turns out to be the 25th of May. The cancellation process started on 29th of March. One should probably not have expected anything better...

We received your cancellation request and actioned it for you. You then made contact with us requesting that we stop the downgrade, which was already in place and leave you on the up to 4MB package ( we then upgraded it back ) while you wait out the notice period.

We then acted upon you request swiftly and implemented.

Your credit of the calculation of the account being downgraded and then upgrade will be available to you as advised, around the 25 May.

This is the feedback from our gaming team:

Had a good session on DSL yesterday afternoon at about 15:00 with a steady ping of 172 throughout the game. No other secondary traffic was on the line. Walked away with a 15/10/11 K/D/A public game playing with Tristrana on EU West.

Please let me know if they must schedule another game tonight on a 1Mb line.
 
What email address are you using when trying to sign in to My Account?

I'm using my gmail address, should I be using the one that is the same as the one I enter into my router?

EDIT: I tried the mweb one (my username in the router) and on the Sign Me In page it says:

The MWEB e-mail address '[email protected]' is not active or not valid.

I'm just worried about asking for a password reset, will it change the password for my internet access as well? Or is that password change request only for the Sign Me In page?
