MwebGuy where can i find the business products?
Also, would I get throttled if I changed to a 1mb business account with the same usage?
Could you pm me the pricing for 1mb uncapped unthrottled? Im unsure on how the business packages are put together.
Mweb Guy, firstly I would think its illegal to sell a product with a fair usage policy and not publish that policy/guideline.
Secondly, where can I check my usage? I have a @dslmweb.co.za username and it does not work on your website... if you tell me i have to register with my email address and then call a call center to register I might just follow the rest of the guys this morning and move to another provide...
All the guys leaving Mweb this morning, where are you off to? Afrihost? I won't go to OpenWeb, their owner's attitude and service is worse than Mweb.
Mweb Guy, on a slightly different note, I must say thank you for all your support on these forums, you have been quite excellent with feedback and responses. I know it might come across as people raging at you, but its really the corporate you work for. PM details of who I can send a thank you message to for all your great service?

I can not give you specific thresholds
Hi MWeb Guy,
does it make a difference to your throttling if one does more Gb's over the weekends, and has moderate usage during the week?
I.e. over the weekends there is more streaming done here, therefore the usage will double or triple....

The calculation is done over a 30 day rolling window and is updated on a daily basis.
well... i dont understand the rolling window story.
Every 30 days they decide if you're downloading too much and then they throttle you.

Rolling windows. They throttle you based on your usage over the previous 30 days, calculated on that specific day.
So if I did 20 gb per day for the last 30 days, and the threshold is 601 gb per 30 days, I will be throttled if I do 21 gb today.

Bull****, you and your company just want to continue with your criminal practices. If you really couldn't then why for example could neotel?
