This month i have downloaded an average amount of data, 110gb so far, which will end the month on about 381.13 GB.
You have used 110.65 GB so far this month.

Connection status: Throttled
ive had to reformat my entire PC and redownload everything i need and use, im getting 3.5kb/s HTTP download speeds at the moment and i find this absolutely crazy, how can this be a premium account? im disgusted with the level of service im recieving. the call centre is no help either when asking about the limitations or the "Fair use poliy" they try rattle on about something completely different. so please, either can we have my line sorted, or can you link the fair use policy limitations, like 50gb on a 4mb line over 30 days, or whatever it may be.
going by the afrihost limits of 160gb in a 7 day rolling window, it means im on my 9th day which would be reset if im understanding their policy correctly, yes i know your not afrihost, but im starting to wonder why i did not follow everyone over to afrihost when you guys started this, i guess trusting you guys to fix your issues was a tall order.

Please remember that throttling is based on the actual usage for the last 30days. (Rolling window)
You can obtain the actual usage via MY account.
Hi MWEB Guy! I'm not really sure whats happening. My connectivity to International sites has become pretty slow and pages time out constantly. Pings that were 100-130ms in games have now spiked to a constant 600-927ms since today. Local sites take longer to load too!
With no listed outage why would it simply not work? Back to normal at least, for now

you are aware that i actually linked my usage from my account? if you read my post fully you would understand, considering the amount i downloaded it would end the month just above 300gb which by my standards is not bad at all considering i reinstalled my entire steam library and downloaded all my apps again.
but if your shaping policy is really that pathetic, you guys are going to lose so many customers, it also makes me wonder why im paying for "premium" account when its just as bad as the cheaper account.
also im aware the throttling is based on 30 days, i was using afrihost as an example. but its good to know you guys will be throttling me the rest of the month.
