my connection is terrible! I'm browsing one second and the next i have no connection, it comes and goes. sometimes its so bad that i have to constantly reset my router. I have a 1mb uncapped line, at the beginning of this month I had no problems, fast buffers on YouTube and low ping with online games, now everything is sluggish and my connection cuts out. so i get kicked from online games and files only download half way due to bad connection. I cant even get good download rates at after hour times, I'm talking like even at 3am the download speeds are bad.

Please provide me with your MWEB account details and I'll investigate further.

Could you also ping and do tracerts to any international & local site and to the specific sites you have trouble with.

Thanks, no problems here. I just assisted by doing a quick check and thus feedback on request. Only my torrents is not running as fast as a week ago when it was running at full speed on 4M line. ;)

I see the missed calls, was in a business meeting.
Will call your offices tomorrow, as I want to discuss downgrading my account as well - its a waste having 4mb account and synching at 2048 only - the experience has definitely been degrading for me over the past 2 months
 
Wow, there is some major timing out, packet loss, lag, etc happening right now .....

Soz for the late reply ..... no it was just for about a half hour when I posted and then it completely righted itself again.

It's brilliant actually, I use it a lot for PSN and Steam and hardly have any issues. I have noticed that the last few days youtube has been rather useless though...
