PS. I have tried rebooting my router.

Thanks for the detail Solja, your tracer reflects an increase in latency on the second hop. Which would mean that the problem might be closer to the remote end.

I would like to delete your current session, this would force a connection with a new IP. I would like to establish if this helps you in any way, may I delete your current session?

Go ahead. Do I need to switch off my router while you do so?

session deleted, please reboot your router. Please let me know if that improves your expereince.

I have being experiencing very slow international and local connection all weekend and it got a little big better turning the router off for most of today but it is still very much slower compare to what it was before and video streaming is hardly watchable this past weekend on my 4MB uncapped line.

Hi laric,

How has your experience been today? Has it improved during the course of the day at all?

Please be aware that we are experiencing slow international browsing, you can view it on our Network status page. Please keep me posted once this has been resolved.

Hi analytical,

Please can you do a speed test and provide me the results. Is it certain sites or all sites that are slow?

Regards,
MWEB Guy

Very slow today too, will be fine for a bit, then no traffic for like 5 minutes, then it comes back and repeats, dunno what that could be?

Hi Chiller,

It doesn't seem like your session is disconnecting as there has been a constant session on our side. Is local and international slow? Have you rebooted your router yet?

Well I cant narrow it down, cause sometimes International Wont Load, and other times, Local wont load, just at random times, it seems to be a bit better now, and I have noticed the International outage on the Mweb page, Ill try reboot my router again, and see if the problem persists, thanks for the help :)

Browsing is slow but downloading is fast,i also had no lag what so ever yesterday on BF3 and i wasn't kicked once because of a bad connection :D

My downloading was fast early evening, and played for the first time in a week without lag on Battlefield 3. Then at about 10:15, the internet just went down, couldnt update after I uninstalled BF3, no browsing, Origin just stood there for 20 minutes on 0Kb/s :/ This morning it seemed to have finished, but Im dissapointed at the 4Mb account. Gaming has bad latencies international, but even local Battlefield 3 is so frustrating sometimes.
