no probs here as i'm getting around max line speed, but i would suggest not spamming the thread please we all got your message that your speeds are ****ed. i'm sure mwOPS also would be able to read it after the first time round. note speeds will not increase due to thread spamming or the problem fixing rate. i suppose no tracert ? no ping ? not easy to help when you just come in here kicking and screaming without at least providing some point of reference (ping/tracert).

i would wonder if the unshaped isn't just on another route since in your case it can't be the your connection to the dslam or the dslam it self that caused the initial fault (by process of elimination since shaped used the same connection from you to dslam). if it's a different route, why not just have the shaped on the same route... if you get what i'm saying. i find it a bit hard to believe that unshaped was the actual solution vs shaped.

Believe me the difference between the two accounts is insane. I don't know why but the difference is night and day.

o well, still i would love to know if the routes are actually different.

maybe shaping is worse in CT

otherwise the grid it self is just to "small" to support the "sudden" take up... *shrugs*

Well I have noticed that a lot of people in CT are complaining about this account. Dunno what it is? However I wish I could get this on the cheaper account but I suppose that is why the one is R539 and the other is R1999.
