Thank you for your response and honesty it is appreciated . We or rather I do appreciate the efforts of your team .
 
I not know why you people keep complaining, if you are unhappy move...... mweb is good too me no issues because I don't abuse them I download the odd series and movie but I do not molest the service, if you want to play games play locally or move to unshaped
 
I can connect to news server but torrents for once are faster....someone must have sat on the switchboard or somethin

So playing games on international servers is molesting Mweb's service?
 
Hi Mweb Guy, latency seems to be better however I am still having lag spikes. My latency monitor looks likes it's monitoring someones heartbeat.
 
I've just run some end to end testing myself and we seem to be in much better shape this evening. I will do some more extensive testing on the gaming front and monitor things over the weekend. I'm sending feedback directly to our engineers and they are also keeping a very close eye on things to see if they can pick up any further issues.

Hi absk30, you can change the setting as well, in my account. From protected to normal access.
