my london speedtest seems good and i'm getting good http speeds, was slowish last night, i have no way to test during day(unless i teamviewer to home) , so will maybe check speed during day tomorrow.

Ive got 2 VM's ready for mweb,
one on my mweb account
the other on afrihost
if afrihost is blazing fast (not that i like them, they are just the cheapest) and mweb is slow , how can this still be telkom related?

I was cruizing at full speed and then nothing..

Everything else seems to be working, but my news server access

Router doesn't have a problem loosing connection. Its on the edge I do agree !

This is ridiculous, i was planning on renewing my contract with mweb when i move to my new place next week, and all i can say is i have changed my mind..

ok, running this tool

but took out all the random urls and disabled uploads
only testing with a nvidia url.
will let it run on the mweb and on the afrihost VM, every few minutes (and not at the same time)
and ill upload the graphs tomorrow

Kokarot, i would still stay with mweb, the other ISP's arent that hot.
we just have to work with them to resolve this, and hope for a bit of compensation since our higher priced product is running worse than the cheapest products...

Still running at a blistering 50kB/s on filesonic. What's the issue?

Seems like the only way to reach full throttle is to download 10 files (each with 4 threads open) running at 50kBs.
