Hi Adrenalin,
There is a "Forgot Password" option if you forget your password. Once you click on the link, it will ask you for email address and send you the password.

Videos that would take seconds to load before now take minutes.
How long is this going to continue!!!
Don't you read ? He said he has never used or setup his MWEB email. So if it sends the password to the email address then he can't get in because he doesn't know the password to set it up or access it.
On da udder hand Darren, you should focus on real support issues rather than stupidity
This so sad...
It been a week and a half since I last had decent internet. It has been getting worse and worse by the day. Every night astraweb goes slower and slower until it reached the point tonight where it does not connect at all.
P2p can only be used a few hours a night when shaping is lighten. Cached stuff can be downloaded from the mweb news server at 40kb on a 4 Meg line during the day or early evening.
International http is slow... does matter what site you go to.. 60kb and sometimes it spikes at a 100kb.
Mweb are not publicly admitting there is a problem...
so I ask again.. are we every gonna get back to normal.. Something happened on the mweb network on Monday 23 May 2011 at 6pm to start this. This is clearly not shaping.. but it does magically repair itself when shaping is lighten only to grind to a halt later in the day again.
I am getting really pissed off now Mweb.... FIX YOUR NETWORK......
my steam is intermittent. keep on going on and off. same thing as last time. going to make me mad. I also getting lot's of slow speeds on my account lately. My line is one minute slow then another minute fast. I called Telkom and logged a fault. A technician called me today to say my line is testing 100% actually my line is very good and I'm only 2KM away from exchange point.
The last couple of days have been pure bliss on Mweb. Had one or two issues over the weekend although those could have been line problems cause repeated router resets did the trick.
Thanks Mweb.
I was just wondering if any MWEB guys were monitoring the mybroadband speed tests results...
Mweb is not looking good at all?
In fact we are talking dial-up speeds here.
Maybe a comment from the Mweb guru's to explain why they cannot even do well on a local download?
