Nothing!It confirms what everyone here knows already, something has gone absoloutely cockeyed on Mweb's Traffic Shaper, that or they've squeezed more subscribers than they have bandwidth for having hoped 99.9% of the users they signed up would be mom 'n pops who only check email and facebook.
Unfortunately for us, the staff writers on MyBB arent covering this issue for whatever reason, so people looking for information in the news section might be inclined to make an uninformed decision and join Mweb without being aware of these issues.

I'm going nuts! I'm trying to download a 2.4mb Logitech Setpoint Update since 09:42am and at 11:29:am it was at 83%. It thereafter timed out. I'm assuming this is regarded as a HTTP download?

Mweb just owned my episode download for dinner. Can't even connect again to the video host. Internet has been dodgy as **** whole day, wtf is going on?

Yeah, everything is pretty much dead now.

Everything just balled out like 5 minutes ago ..... 250 odd ping on local game servers, sites are not loading, etc etc. And it happened to half the server I was on so please don't tell me it's just me Mweb.

Yeah I was trying to get in some multiplayer Dawn of War. Started giving errors. Checked international connectivity.... its all dead.
Im on my Telkom connection now, and as one can assume, it's working ok.

Was happily cruising along at almost full line speed on my webafrica free trial when it ran out. Switched to mweb and I could not even load this webpage. Tested with the ubuntu download I have been using since the beginning of this bull****. 3k/sec!!!!!!
I have endured a month of 20k/sec 8am to midnight. And now this. I simply cannot go on like this. It's been over a week since I spoke to the tech who said the 'engineers' would contact me, and nothing. I filled in that form that vaalpens suggested, was probably the first person to submit, and nothing. I have done speedtests, pings, tracerts, you name it! MWeb, I have jumped through flaming hoops for you, and I pay you R500 a month, and what have you done in return? Nothing! !@#$ all! Niks!
MWEBGuy, send me the cancellation form right now I have had enough. Two other providers have yielded almost full line speed! Stop asking us if we are running other downloads or telling us how much data we have downloaded. I want basic internet services. Send the form now!!!! I am cancelling right away and stopping the debit order. Try and bill me another month I !@#$ing dare you!
