Same problem. They're quick to sign up and quick to take the money, but try cancel or actually get what you pay for? Fat chance.

If they don't reply within a week I'll contact the bank and tell them to stop the debit order. Stuff them.
 
mine on 40% on the torrent, as direct download cant resume, i did 25% from in hour , eta was 2 hours left at 40% then i had to go work :p
 
international is working like a ****ing indicator again. on off on off on off on off

It's like playing Russian roulette with my clients. "Sure, let me get right on that" *no connection* "Oh I'm sorry I can't work for you right now, my internet is on the fritz again" *blank stares* "Oh you want to use someone else? Sure, I don't mind" (I really do mind)

Is "investigating" a euphemism for "we don't know what's going on" or "let's keep them all in the dark while we make tons of cash and give them rubbish service"? Is my query about my appalling HTTP service still being "investigated", I've given you screenshots and done the tests you asked and yet I've had no feedback nor has there been any improvement in the last two days... I WANT the 4MB HTTP experience that I am paying for, I will not tolerate waiting 2-3 hours to download an iTunes 100MB podcast and I'm dizzy from the buffer circle on YouTube!!

Again I ask....What's going on MWEB????

They became a bunch of broadband scammers instead of an respected ISP

MWEB on international is an absolute joke today - on my 4MB line one of my HTTP downloads is coming down at 0.2 - 1.7KB/sec. Would love to post a speed test result, but speedtest.net is still busy loading (3 minutes and going).

Amazing. Just as I started to type this message:

Whatever you guys have changed, leave it like this - I'm not getting full line speed, but at least I can browse the net and use youtube!

Downloads running on HTTP at around 150KB/s (shaped) which is great.

My download speeds dropped to 15KB/s and all my browsing joyness stopped. Joy was very much brief. Sucks :(

Can we get any confirmation on whether this is how things will stay or if you guys even consider there to be a problem?

Edited to add: It's back to 150KB/s and joyness. Stop fiddling with it now :)

Please do it for me too or rather can you not cancel pronto. I will pay you the cancel month anyway if you cancel this rubbish service for me today! BTW I have not paid you yet, do not see any reason to! For what "service" must I pay R539.00 for? Please tell me with all Mweb sincerity. I will just transfer all I need to pay + all the outstanding if you cancel me today.

Can't even stream youtube video's, international is extremely slow once again. Can't even play my online games. Im also canceling. Got the form will email it and fax it soon.

Afternoon Rohan, please try the following YouTube test and please provide me the results. Also which online games are you having trouble with?
