U got the issue with wow too? The timeouts does not happen too often but they do and when they do you disconnect. Strange that Mweb are yet to reply to this. They always reply to issues that might not be on their network. If you make it clear that it can only be their network they take ages to respond. Off to facebook for me again. I find that if i make a public scene on free the web and mweb's pages the respond almost immediately.

As previously explained, your bandwidth profile is not in line with the minimum requirements for WOW.
It is for this reason that your connection to the WOW servers will fluctate.

ROFL, are you serious, do you really think wow cannot run on a 384k... I have played on it my whole life and on afrihost and telkom accounts it is fine. Been raiding 25mans on it easily.
Even when i close wow if the timeouts occur there are still international timeouts in command prompt. Honestly cannot believe you just said that. You must be extremely clueless. Really are you retarded?

Sure, thou i do have a telkom account at this exact moment, tested during the day and it was 100% fine.

Well I know from experience that he is 100% lying. Because i have actually used 384k for 4 years of WoW. Even cata. So....
Also, if connection times out in the cmd prompt even out of wow and his only explanation is that, then he has to be retarded. No other way to put it. It is just pure logic.

He wont get responses from clients like I responded to him if he stopped lying on a public forum.

Just to chip in my 2 cents

WoW hit a bad lag spike or two tonight, and overall performance during dailies was not on par.

I highly recommend 1mb profile Sillicur, it really is worth it.

Yup. Exactly. StevenC, yeh the performance is worse than usual. Tonight is fine again but some timeouts make it laggy. Thing is, my line limits telkom account to 384k as well and on telkom i get no performance hits at all. So maybe if i upgrade to 1mb mweb will actually give me 40kb/s of bandwidth for games lol. Thing is, i monitor the usage. While leveling up in an area with not allot of ppl the spikes occur. The usage of wow in those areas are under 6kb/s.....So it can hardly be an issue seeing as the Mweb reps have stated that gaming is giving a high priority on the network. if there is spikes in a place that needs 6kb/s then its a Mweb fault. Or they might just be shaping gaming to the ground again like they did in the past. Which one is it mweb? Network fault or are you shaping gaming again?

WA backup as usual...perfectly fine. I am actually forced to have a backup account, if I want to play wow, which I have to use at least once a week.

What you should do is.

Do a tracert to the wow servers with your mweb account and do one with your WA account. Send it to the gamemaster email, they really need to sort this out and doing that will also help them a lot.
