Er, when has this been proven? From what I can tell there was a problem with one of the switches M-Web uses which caused the outage over their international transit, this may not have necessarily been a "SEACOM (the cable)" problem, but it's a problem that affected their international connectivity over SEACOM (the international connection), I see this merely as a semantic issue, it proves nothing - this would then be similar to what was discussed on MyBB a month or two ago where SEACOM indicated that most issues that ISP's call "SEACOM issues" are in fact caused by Neotel transit to SEACOM and not the cable itself.
Meanwhile, your assertion that it was somehow some huge M-Web lie and cover-up has been shown to be ridiculous.
If you can point me somewhere where it's been proven that it was not an international b/w issue and instead proves your point, I'll be more than happy to revise my opinion.
What are you, 12?
