By law? lol. I'm pretty sure they are well within their legal rights to have downtime. You aren't going to get a redundant 4MB uncapped service anywhere for this price. Fact. No fanboyness here, just being realistic. If I were a dysfunctional company's ideal customer I'd still be with afrihost.
I am waiting for all your fine print. You never read the conditions of service and just agreed to it. So yeah its your fault not Mweb's.Was that a NO ?
Agreed. This kind of downtime is clearly covered in their T&C (obviously!). Those who wish to believe otherwise should go and read the T&C again carefully (extracts posted above for easy reference), preferably with a dictionary at hand to assist with the big words,
Hey fanbois go read mweb operations latest post, now lets see how you all feel![]()
We feel that they at least tried, unlike others. Now TELscum is overloaded as the whole South African system is a disaster. So first come first served. I am a Telscum client so have no real problems as yet apart from some slowing down due to You lot's.
Not i, im using webafrica![]()
That is because telkom rip us off where as mweb are not.
You and tanya should cancel with mweb rapid, make your lives so much better and all your problems would be gone.
What does it say sema?
Mweb Operations said:Please note that with immediate effect the interim capacity that we obtained from SAIX has been significantly reduced due to constraints on their own network. Most customers will not have access to international bandwidth at this point in time. Access to local web sites, Internet banking and e-mail will continue as per normal. We are urgently trying to secure alternative international capacity and we will keep you updated of any developments in this regard.
Please stop feeding the Troll. It's giving me a headache when it whines.
Oh - so it boils down to price - we're getting what we're paying for (or not getting as it might be).
Kudos.There

Its ok because according to you telkom rip us off, and MWEB are our saviours?
Yup mweb are our saviours, i download so much a month it is sickfor cheap as well. They have changed internet in SA with cheap uncapped accounts. Sadly seacom is letting down and letting us down but i will stick with mweb and seacom because without them i would not be able to download 150gb a month for R539.00
