Do you think my years of pointing problems with intel and apple made any difference to them? No - but when people stop buying their stuff then it makes a huge difference to them. So if you want Mweb to notice and do something about it cancel your account and go somewhere else.

You seem to have a lot of hate in your heart towards mweb, get rid of the hate and go find another company. Really simple actually. If a company is not giving you the service you expect 99% of people will no longer stay with the company. So why are you in the 1%? Why are you using a company you obviously think is not doing the job?

True. Taking your business and reducing MWeb's customer base does nothing. Everyone knows real progress is made by trolling and labeling people as fanbois on a forum.

Yup i know i use the account to run our business, i only download 12 hours a day :D.

Nobody is calling you a troll rapid, we are talking about the trollalicious tanya :D.

I've only recently switched to Axxess Express+ have not tried to pull lots of data due to my gf being at home and not wanting to throttle her. My download speeds have not changed much getting about 250kB/s on usenet. And im using my webafrica for gaming(always have thou)

Cause those ppl b*tching about the seacom outage, prefer to pay for a cheap mweb service and bring up SLA's and all that nonsense, instead of being thankful that they still have internet access. Even tho its a little limited till they sort other backups, at least Mweb has done that instead of going "OOOPS Seacom is stuffed so you'll all be without internet for uhm like 8days, which I'm sure Telkom would do if they ran on seacom aswell."

Your usage patterns are weak - you should be good to go on Vodacom 3G as well.

Yes that is because we don't pay for our internet access. Oh wait we actually do!
If I am paying R535 a month I expect to be able to surf an international webpage! Maybe that is just me

How so? And how do you know what my usage patterns are like, when i was with mweb ,330GB the first month, 250GB the 2nd and in my last month is was 220GB.

Yes thats why my friend with the same account i have is doing 500GB a month, and he is throttled in the day, and still gets full speed in the evening, none of this "best effort" bandwidth mweb offer, not 50kB/s at 12 at night, full speed at 8 or just after. Care to explain that since you know everything? and it has been operating like this for a few months since he has had the account. There little stats on the site they post sometimes, well he is pretty much one of them. Its just a tad bit more expensive.

No actually i was paying for a 4mbit account and was getting about half of that.

Yes but you see, i dont have nothing my account is working fine minus the latency with games now, but thats to be expected.. Did you not read a few posts back? My downloads are still going at full speed in the evening.
