Had to switch to WA now as I couldn't even digitally sign my apps ... it only needs a few dozen bytes from the US servers !
 
At some point my downloads actually just... stopped and sat there for a while.

Still have the issue of unstable browsing and if anything else is going on with my line then browsing just... stops. A torrent (really actually a linux distro in this case) going at 1.2k stops me from doing anything else. Weo.
 
Wow - its actually pathetic - haven't downloaded in ages... getting 10kb on 4mb
 
We do apologies for the upgrades taking slightly longer than anticipated.
The first planned increase will take place this weekend, we have also decided to
bring the next international bandwidth upgrade forward by a couple of months, and we
expect this to be completed by the end of October.
By then we will have increased the size of our network by just over 50% and considering that less than 30%
of our base was previously using the SAIX network, this should give you a fair idea of how much additional
capacity you will have available to you.

What does this mean for our news server access? Will it be more of the same until the end of October, or will we have proper speeds from this weekend as advised earlier?
 
P2P is up the f'ing pole again!!! Monday morning can't come fast enough, if the speeds are stillrubbish on p2p, I am moving ISP's. Tired of this now.
 
Yup... Astroweb was downloading at about 1k around 4am this morning and I am on a 4 Meg Line.

I hope Sunday sorts us out.. I dont understand where the bandwidth disapeared to.... Monday we had 60k a second and now 3 days later 1k... Something is not right...
