Wierd man, I'm getting 20 - 30kb/s on my 384 connection with p2p. That said it's got more bounce than SA572 going through heavy cloud on final approach.. Guessing it's all about distribution...:erm:

The download gods were good to us on the weekend but now they must be angry.

Oh boy.....20kB/s on newservers!!

After getting 384k speeds for a month and paying for a 4mb line I am starting to feel really short changed.
I sincerely hope MWEB get this sorted soon because that Afrihost 50GB package is starting to look very enticing.

ADSL Line very Unstable after Lightning in our area, one of the strikes over the weekend even knocked out the Telphone Ports on my UPS..
Anyway bypassed UPS, line working ... Very UnStable .. Logged Fault with MWEB Tech.. No Response after the Usual "Procedure"
No Follow Up recieved from MWEB or Telkom ...
Phoned again .. Barely able to connect, Line Dropping every 30secs, Noise on Telephone Line..
Spoke to Ishmael, seemed very helpfull compared to others.. Same "Procedure" ... Will Follow Up on Prev. Incident..

Line Stable enough to Write this post after ... 3 x DC's and barely avg. 10kbits..

How about you assist the rest of us 100 other people here on mybb by providing us with an explanation as to why ur crappy network has died all of a sudden even after your upgrades. Do you understand that your network is worse then it was before the upgrades!?

I have a 512 kbps uncapped unshaped connection for which I pay half of a call center agent's salary and I cannot even listen to a 40kbps streaming audio channel (http://72.26.204.18:6026) or do a speed test or even file my tax return.
