We are aware of issues with P2P and news server downloads and we are looking into it

mweb owes us, the paying customers an explanation, i just checked a well seeded torrent (private tracker) and it was running at 24kbs ! on a 4meg line, thats totally ridiculous, when i restart my router or change realms it starts off higher, usually 100-200 kbs before slumping back down to double digits, whats your excuse this time mweb, upgrades broken?
 
Yeah, my interwebz router thing keeps disconnecting. I phoned Telkom and bitched but the dude on the other side didn't seem to phased. He opened a log. Great. I asked him if he can unplug my line from their router and then plug it straight into the internets. He laughed and said I should call my ISP.
So... MWEB, can you hook me up?
 
I want to run my custom batch file which includes the command download *.* from interwebs
Why is this not working?

same old story!

torrents are working fine at around 80kB, could at least get some files down. dont ask about http downloads, may itunes purchase keeps failing and the bandwidth tests crash.

all in all, just another pap day post the "upgrade":whistle:
