Not me, i am referring to the other guy in this post. Perhaps he can respond. There are people here complaining about slow BROWSING aswell.

Shaped services like torrents/news and rapidshare/oron downloads will not go beyond 30kb/s in office hours. But unshaped HTTP downloads are still hitting 400kb/s.

This is all down to ADSL contention - its not an Mweb problem. As I have said before, I practically built the internet as we know it - so I know these things.

Well, even if I have been wrong on all previous accounts (highly unlikely) there is nothing wrong about my last post regarding the shaped nature of our accounts.

Actually - Afrihost 1GB Free flies - must have a special line that bypasses MWEB's.
