Well i just had maurice from the support center call me and we ran various tests and it was determine that my line flucations and horrbile p2p speeds were related to Mweb as we tried various other non fnb accounts (which all ran perfect). so hopefully in the next day or two, i should be sorted.
top job to maurice. i prefer to deal with Mweb support than Telkom. at least Mweb isn't reading from a book and stating "reset router" or "reboot pc".
