Well I still want a refund since I'm paying for a 4MB service and only getting something between a 384-800kb service. It's ridiculous.

I'm also having massive packet loss at the moment !!! Using pathping to www.facebook.com

This should not happen at all, it happens daily on Mweb. After giving them everything they requested there is just no relevant feedback other than "your query is still open" aka "we wont do anything to help you and just wait till you give up"

Edit: This is telkom at the same time. I am now on telkom.

+1 MWEB has been really **** the past month or so. I reckon I'll cancel and move onto Openweb since a lot of folks recommend them. For now I'm using my free gig from FNB
