Every Time when I experience slow internet or disconnection then just a few days after that there is a issue on MWEB network. They always blame my line and 99% or let's say since I signed up it was always a MWEB issue. I think the truth must come out. You guys don't want to do your jobs and always takes the easy way out wasting Telkom's time making it hard for them to improve South Africa's internet.
Please can you next time just do investigation from your side and stop blaming my Telkom line. Next time I think it's your time to get the blame and not Telkom.
From now on I want MWEB to Email me all my calls I logged that has been closed with resolution details.
