Thanks for the info, please continue to monitor your connection.
I have just checked on my side and things still seems to be "on the rise". :)

It may take a while for things to stabilize and be where it normally is.
I will continue to monitor from my side and keep you posted.

:erm:Three hours in and no notification on mweb site that anything is wrong. If I didn'y know about this site I would have no idea what was going on with Mweb?
The international connection is slow. Even browsing is painfully slow.
Can we at least get an acknowledgement that Mweb is still investigating a problem.
Worried after last post from Mwebguy that the problem is sorted:erm:

The SAT-3 redundancy did kick in, which is why you experienced reduced speeds as opposed to a loss of connectivity . It usually takes a short period of time for the traffic flows to all settle down again and for services like P2P it can take a little longer to get back up to full speed.

Reduced speeds tell me that you did not purchase a big enough pipe to sustain service levels, that is what I am referring to.

Yes we all understand there cannot be 100% guaranteed uptime - but a changeover / fallback should occur quite painlessly if your systems are configured correctly.
In my own experience, a fallback should behave the same as the original link to not 'upset' client side.
Something you might want to consider
FIY - posting this using my FNBConnect as your speeds (Browsing) are still not back to ops normal

Doesn't look like rage like me. Looks like truth. Mweb always just give the impression they are 'working' on something, when they clearly have no idea what the problem is and they just wait for it to sort itself out.

AMG my rage post was deleted. Whatever will I do. At least you are on the ball for deleting posts, so your not completely useless. Yes, Mweb just waits for the issue to sort itself out. Mweb Guy does absolutely nothing, ever. Fix your network, we have 3 days of bf3 beta remaining and you are screwing your customers out of it.

They see all these posts and say "restart your router"

I would like to punch you in the face Mweb Guy.
