my pages are taking ages to load, been resetting modem like crazy...no change.

international is crawling at the moment.

EDIT: some pages are not even loading now:(
 
Seems to be a little bit better for me now. Can browse international websites.

Still a little slow though. :/
 
Yep running extremely slow. Can't watch 360p vids on youtube without having to wait ages for it to preload. Really hope things are fixed soon.

Hi thedutchman,

Have you tried rebooting your router, clearing browser temporary internet files & cookies? Have you tested with a different browser to see if loading local pages problems replicates?

Is it an actual local page you opening?

Please provide me with your MWEB account details and I'll look further into it.

Having the same issues - d@mn frustrating spending my hard earned cash and getting this crawling speed, going to rather browse on my cell much faster - hope seacom sorts it out soon

yes 1st thing I always do before posting - have rebooted at least 10 times since yesterday, tried to watch a 2min youtube clip and waited 15 minutes and it only streamed 1 min 20 sec when I decided to give up...
 
Ever since Seacom outage, Mweb seems to have moments where the net crawls.. it only lasts around 5 to 10 mins for me.. afterwards everything normal.
 
Rebooted my router and machine 4 time know, no downloads running and my internet speed is really really slow... the slowest it has been for a long long time...

Good morning TmanSA, please verify if could delete the session from my end. I would like to verify if your problem persists when connecting with a new IP. Also please verify if you have tested different browsers? Perhaps you could also inbox me pings and tracers to local and international sites; using Automatic DNS and Google DNS as a test.

You can delete the session, I have tried mozilla, chrome and safari all slow.. I am also using automatic dns

I have now deleted the session and re-authenticated your account; please reboot your router for 2 to 3mins.
