Equality Court's are not criminal courts and there is a big difference.

Equality Court proceedings are more akin to civil proceedings as opposed to criminal proceedings in that the onus of proof of a claim is on a balance of probabilities, and there are no prosecutors present at inquiries.

Once again, equality courts are not criminal courts. Penny Sparrow didn't get a criminal record after being found guilty of hate speech, because it's not a crime she committed.

This seems like a complete overreaction, she didn't advocate violence? Yes she definitely should be fined, but 150K for a first offence is ridiculously disproportionate. How can you possibly justify this?

You know that young man who also had a "juvenile racist outburst" as you put it was given community service while Penny Sparrow decided the take the path of full resistance by refusing to cooperate with the court?

I have a good idea, lets round up all the people who are racist, or have slight racist tendencies, or who's peers have reported them for possibly being racist. Then we can force them to wear labels, and put them in work camps.

I don't want racists anywhere near me... We should just put them all on Robben Island and put more sharks in the waters...
