I got my package last year December. The techs haven't pitched up yet.Do the techs come in to do that? And regarding the second bit, why, how and is that only with the antenna?

You'll achieve better speed on the 2300 frequency, use the toolkit to force the modem. You don't need the antenna.
Eish south africans most undemanding consumers. Victim.mentalityNo use complaining any further on the issue. Your only options are:
(A) If the revised offer is acceptable for you : stay on.
(B) If the revised offer is not acceptable and/or on principal and/or they've "raped" you and/or etc etc etc claim the penalty-free release, and find a more suitable option.
Any other "but this" and "but that" is pointless. Save yourself heart / pressure / anger problems by making a choice that enjoying stress-free downloading/uploading/streaming on the ISP of your choice that offers your suitable package.
.Getting 20 - 30mbps. Was throttled to 1.8mbps. Router says usage almost 400gb but sms was under about 260gb last night.By show of hands, how many of you who were throttled and then unthrottled are seeing the same speeds you were prior to the 200gb throttle. I'm no longer throttled to 4Mbps/256kbps but am not seeing anything vaguely resembling the 50Mbps prior to this whole debacle. Lucky if I'm getting 20Mbps consistently...
What is "normal" usage?Penalty-free is a lie i had to pay R4732 to get my contract canceled today even after mailing Jacqui..apparently my usage pattern was deemed "normal" so my advice please abuse the hell out of this service even more so if you don't want to pay ridiculous amount of money for a service that they changed and good luck with stop order..enjoy your blacklist and destroyed credit

Yes 1.8 was worst. My normal is 20 - 30 mbps. More than that is exceptional eg this morning 56mbps.But are those the speeds you've always been getting?

They're really going mad about this whole ordeal because they know even though Telkom is letting them leave without penalty, there's nothing wirelesss even close to this offering at even double the price.Because enough is never enough for some people the greed is rife here cancel your product then if this is not good enough. Simple as that I like what they have done as it stops these stupid people that say they will abuse just because they can and makes the internet experience better overall
You mean half the speed?
No wonder Telkom complaining about abusersYeah I would rather cancel my adsl I won't be able to live without this speed..... Only fibre can compare to this LTE speed but no other connection can beat this product on price including fibre. I'm on R599 per month. So it's a pitty about the 300GB throttle but still it's pretty epic and kicks adsl to the curb.
