You are now firmly in the land of conspiracy theories.
They tried to implement a FUP to improve everyone's speeds, then the uncapped people complained, then they revised the FUP higher and then the uncapped people complain about speeds being lower? It's a wireless service. There isn't infinite bandwidth available for everyone. If you want 90mbps, get fibre.
My theory is backed up by hard, cold router stats... Whether intentional on Telkom's behalf or not the tower has degraded significantly since September 19th.
So what you basically saying is they entitled to implement a FUP on a product despite advertising that one would never be implemented? They also entitled to advertise a max attainable speed of 90Mbps despite barely anyone actually attaining that speed?
I'd say you firmly in the land of apathetic users. Marketers can feed you any old BS and you'll gladly soak it up and not hold them accountable when they don't/won't/can't deliver?
I'm not looking for 90Mbps, just the 60Mbps and -82dBm I was getting prior to their illegal FUP implementation. Has anyone's speeds gone up since September?
Fibre is on the way, should be live within the next 30 days or so...ordered and waiting thanks...
). Whether system can handle it, whether its reasonable or not is beside the point.
