Fibre is finally being rolled out to my area, but the provider doesn't seem to have a large selection of ISP's available. Has anyone heard of NewCo fibre? Any good/bad experiences? I'm afraid my googling hasn't turned up much, so I'm curious to hear what other people's experiences have been.

Who is the FNO or is it private ?
 
I guess you are on Linteg, my guess is NewCo Fibre is their ISP arm

Correct. It's their in-house ISP. I Pre ordered with them in the meantime.

By the look of things, at least according to our neighbourhood's whatsapp group they are in the process of adding more ISP's, like Cool Ideas, Supersonic, etc.

Let us know how it goes. They just left my house. I'm signing up as well. Maybe we are in the same neighbourhood haha.

Hi, I wanted to sign up with newcofibre and I would like to know how is their service and internet connectivity. As you have already signed up, how is their service?

Howzit, I've been very happy.

1. Speeds are consistent.
2. The WAN IP address is static.
3. Wi-Fi coverage is great on the Ubiquity router/Access Point they provide.

I have a 20Mb line. I just did a test to Mybroadband servers in Teraco now:

Ping - 3ms
Download - 19.60Mbps
Upload - 19.99Mbps

If I were to try and find fault:
1. I'd say their support team is 'thin'. There's one lady who handled all my concerns.
2. I have no access to the router/AP.
