We should start seeing them any time now, but officially probably around March.

That leather flip case sucks, mine is already starting to peel at the edges after only one month. Had to go get a non-flip case. Came with a screen protector as well so no need for the flip.
Ja, I am not overly impressed with mine, but I haven't found any third party ones in PE yet, will keep looking

The flip was especially cumbersome when you needed to take a photo or video quickly. The peeling was just the last straw for me.
Which case did you get and how is the screen protector?
I will definitely be getting a screen protector when I get my Note in Feb or March.

Tried one of those cheap screen protectors. And wasn't impressed. It actually hampers the s-pen. But i'm gonna need something to protect this huge screen. Maybe a pouch?..

The case is called BodyGlove. It is rubberised and has all the required openings to the cameras, speakers, stylus etc.
I thought I hated the screen protector as it just didn't feel smooth. As I was about to remove it, I realised that there was another layer on top that I had to remove. I removed it and now it really doesn't feel like there's a protector on the phone. It was a bit of a mission to get it on properly though, very much a case of hit or miss.

Hampers how? Are you sure the protector didn't have an extra layer on top that had to be removed? I also thought mine sucked until I discovered this.

Well it does come like the standard screen protectors with the dual peel off parts, one on either side, was a no name from the pak cellshop.
It hampered the stylus by not allowing for a flowing motion. As well by reducing it pressure sensitivity.... Or maybe i'm just imagining...

Mine came with the case, so I assume the brand is also BodyGlove.
Oh OK, my motion is just as before applying the protector, and pressure sensitivity has also not changed, just took some quick notes and annotations to confirm.

I followed the source for the claim and it doesn't mention anything about N7003 being sold here, so I wouldn't be worried. Mine is definitely dual core though, I checked.

Good to know. It's difficult to find deals for the Note online, but, in fairness, the ones I can find refer to a N7000 model and not the lower-spec N7003.

I may not know what I am on about - but do you guys make use of a USB jig when rooting your device?
My device is still running stock firmware.

I am also looking for the following :
Screen Protector
Car Kit
Desktop Stand (to charge phone would be nice to have the one that also does the spare battery)
Bluetooth Headset (thinking of the jabra stone 2)
Almost forgot - I am also keen on finding a MHL cable for the device as well.
Tested "Allshare" a little over the weekend - I was pleasantly suprised - when I was able to select "devices" it found my whs media - I was able to select it and - the best of all - it could also locate my Openelec/xbmc htpc and I could direct via the Galaxy Note+Allshare - to play a media item on my whs and play it(display it) on my xbmc .
That for me was awesome.

only been using it for a couple of hours.....torch app,left/right hand for keyboard typing,numbers displayed on above keypad,less lag on unlocking homescreen and pull down bar,firmware seems faster aswellNew features like..?
