Mine as well - it said 400gb promo cap and now it says 200gb promo cap but when you go into then it says base cap 400gb? I really hope it does not revert and I don't think it will as they ran that article saying all had been bumped up . Any light on this Voxy?

My Fatpipe Lite just went from 50gb to 25gb in the CP. Now I got a 50% used data notification when I went past 12.5gb.

Have not had any issues recently. Getting fullspeed on 100mbit most of the time. Been pulling 600+gb per month for the last few months.

Is the service perfect? No. But I compared it to AH bandwidth, and vox won hands down. AH routing for p2p is pretty good, got way better/more consistent upload speeds - but the rest of the services were sub par in comparison. ESPECIALLY youtube. The amount of times I had to refresh (on AH) and switch to 1080p was sad. It rarely worked first time.

Where have you been the last couple of weeks, this was announced ages ago.

Not all the promotional accounts were upgraded ages ago. I'm on the R169 account (initially was 100gb). I know the 200gb ones got upgraded to 400gb a while ago already.

Mine only got upgraded very recently.

Nope. December 1st , I had :

Data Available 1050.00 GB
Data Allocated 1050.00 GB

Now I have 1200GB.

I know this because I sent a skype message to my sister, unfortunately don't have screenshot of actual usage.
So my account was only upgraded in the last day or so.
