Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Yep, also having issues in Durban, KZN. Was not able to authenticate last night, and experiencing slow speeds today.

Not a happy Vox Client on my 20Mb VDSL tonight.

Yesterday it was dead.

... and it keeps getting better.

Yeah i think its time to find a new ISP. Any suggestions for capped with uncapped afterhours?

When I get home from work, I just want to play some Counter Strike and chill. But no.

On Vox: 80-100ms ping, 10-20% packet loss
On Afrihost: 45 ping, 0% packet loss

Absolutely disgusting.

No issues here, cpt based. 12mb adsl

I'm getting ~1.5mbps for overseas servers with capped fatpipe on a 100mbps line. Anyone else?

It's been a good run but maybe it's time to jump ship after 4 years. I doubt it's anything on my side as local tests are still full-speed. This has been happening more and more often.

May Fatpipe Data rollover isn't showing up this month. I know I used most of it, but I definitely had a significant amount of rollover data.

I'll check again a little later, otherwise I guess I'll have to call them.

UPDATE: My ~80GB rollover is showing up today.

Same here in PE. I was wondering why Twitch was buffering at 480p...

International speeds are borked at the moment. Tried Axxess and webafrica, all slow. Youtube seems fine, but gaming to EU is bad.

Something up with VOX, extremely slow speed all of a sudden. Lots of sites won't open. Power cycled router but still the same.
