I had a Note 8 before and you don't notice the lower screen resolution. If you read up on Retina display, you'll see that most iOS devices are lower res than Android. Retina is 300ppi+, anything above that on a phone you cannot notice.

You might notice an artificial colour palette and sun level brightness, but not more than 300ppi resolution.
 
Received my OP6 Nylon Bumper case after 3 months thanks to Mark Barnes and crew!!
This case is the 2nd breast thing these hands have held.....:p
 
Finally all setup and loving the new phone. Great upgrade from 3T. Have you guys got screen protectors for the phone? Or just cases
 
I had a few. The one with black borders worked best, the one that doesn't take the whole screen did not align well with the notch and bottom etc (got that one from takealot). But i did not like any of them so i amusing the pure screen. It's good enough. The cover will take care of the rest in terms of protection. Tested the other day not by choice. Lol

I recently got my Op6 ,sourced it's from India,only issue is the plug(see attachment) looking for an adapter for it.

Just go to game or makro. They have. That is where I got mine. About 80 bux

Same. Just updated now but my Garmin does not want to sync ,but it worked before
