@ghostRgg - Works well when it's off-peak hours Just add a1.25Gbit NIC and you should be able to get close to 1060Mbit (Openserve being gracious with ~530Mbit)

Finally got my Openserve test account today to run the tests for them (after having my ticket closed 3 times without responses). My findings were exactly the same as yours. So guess it time to play “Follow-up with Vox” till it gets fixed.

Aaaand it has been ”fixed”. Been getting consistent speeds above 500 since Friday afternoon.

To quote @ShadowR, don’t settle for the lesser speeds and make sure you bring it to Vox’s attention if you fall within this problem. Side note they are aware of this issue but it seems to be something they have to fix on each inidividual data account, well that’s according to the Senior technician that I spoke to anyways. (Mind the last 2 speed tests, done with a VPN connection).

I have 2 lines that are load-balanced, so if I were to upgrade the existing lines to 1Gbit each it would be 2Gbit. Read a couple of previous posts and you'll see what I meant within the context

If we had any money at the office, we would honestly give that a shot ourselves on our Lightstruck line for testing purposes of course. Then run it into a 2.5G switch and 2.5G network card and uhh... speed test till the end of time.

Get a small cooling fan for the ONT and you should be 100's

I normally get about 520 on it, upload always 230 ish.

I just use it to do speedtests. I should downgrade it, although i would feel bad since rocketnet is a great ISP, webafrica really scarred me.
